News for Snow Pine Estates

The 20/21 Season is upon us.  We ask that all owners please follow the following guidelines with regards to parking.

Parking Information

  • Please ensure you prepare your property for snow removal.  Mark off the area that you require to be cleared.  Please note, should you require any special work, the property owner is required to supervise.
  • Ensure that your driveway is cleared of vehicles when snow clearance is required.  If access is difficult for the snow clearance machines then your driveway may not be able to be cleared until their next visit.
  • Unless and owner/representative of the property is present, snow removal equipment will only come within 1 (one) meter of a structure to avoid damage.
  • For Fire and Life reasons no parking is allowed on any road within Snow Pine Estates during the snow season to allow for clear access for skiers and personal/emergency vehicles.  All roads are widened to a minimum width of 6.5 meters.  If your vehicle is in the way it will be towed.
  • Should there be insufficient space on your driveway for renters or family use, please direct your guests to the Snow Pine overflow parking area at the bottom of Lower Snow Pine Road.  The maximum stay is 5 days.  The overflow parking area is for the sole use of Snow Pine Estates owners and guests.  You must contact the strata administrator (snowpineestates@outlook.com) and note your contact details, Snow Pine address, vehicle details and length of stay.  This information is required for snow removal purposes.  The Snow Pine overflow parking area is only for use on a temporary basis at present.  Seasonal parking is not allowed.
  • No campers / motor homes may be parked anywhere is Snow Pine Estates from 1st November 2020 to 1st May 2021.

Whilst it can be inconvenient to park a distance from your property, it is essential that Snow Pine Strata Council maintain a safe environment for owners and guests alike.
